The farm

Originally built in 1773, the small farm became one of the largest in the region with the purchase of three other farms and the expansion of the farmhouse around 1850. On a total area of 350 hectares there are currently 50 cattle and five Noriker horses.

The land also includes the leased golf course, 270 hectares of alpine pasture, plus extensive forest and pasture land, which is managed by your host family Hölzl. The accommodation in Saalfelden also includes the managed alpine hut Grundalm and the currently leased Hochalm.

Friendly coziness prevails in the vacation apartments in Saalfelden / Maria Alm. On the second floor, which is also accessible for wheelchair users by means of a stair lift, there is room for 4 – 6 people, on the second floor likewise and on the third floor (complete floor) even 6 to 7 people.
